PAHF Nigeria

The Pan African Health Foundation Nigeria is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) as an Incorporated Trustees (Tax-Exempted Public Charity), Registration No. CAC/IT/18006. PAHF USA

The Pan African Health Foundation USA is a private, charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of the United States; Federal ID# 30-01863445. PAHF USA was incorporated in Washington, DC, in January 2004.

PAHF USA is now inactive (effective December 31, 2009).

PAHF USA’s previous audited financial statements as well as its IRS Form 990 are available to the public at no charge and upon request. To obtain copies or for more information, please contact PAHF UK or PAHF Nigeria.
